Similar in style and stance to the Concept Z4, detailed images of production version of 2019 BMW Z4 have been leaked online. The model is gearing up to make its debut at the 2019 Pebble Beach Concourse d’Elegance being held on 24th and 25th August while a Paris Motor Show debut is also on the cards.
2019 BMW Z4 online images of its front, sides and rear, reveal a red and black exterior color scheme with a kidney shaped chrome grille, flowing front splitter and smaller air intakes.
It shares parts with the upcoming Toyota Supra following Toyota and BMW’s decision to co-develop a new sports car platform. The soon to be launched Z4 receives stylish headlamps, horizontal tail lamps, glossy black wheels, bespoke Michelin Pilot Supersport tyres and bold crease lines along its sides.
This two seater sports car weighs 110 pounds less than its earlier counterpart due to a new canvas roof and other weight saving material used throughout is body makeup. Trunk space is 20% more while interiors are also spacious.
Engine specifications on the 2019 BMW Z4 will see it powered by a 3.0 liter, turbocharged, inline-six engine offering 380 hp peal power and 500 Nm torque. It will be seen with electrically controlled limited slip differential and the engine will be mated to an 8 speed automatic transmission.
More details will be revealed later next week following its showcasing at Pebble Beach. Africa launch is also on the cards sometime in late 2019 as a right hand side version.
