Mercedes Benz Mobilo solutions offer road assistance programmess in Africa as a convenient 24X7 customer assistance service to improve the ownership experience.
Mercedes Benz Mobilo Plus and Mobilo Lite mobility solutions have now been introduced in Africa and are meant to safeguard customer interest in the event of a mishap, breakdown, accident or vandalism.
Mobilo Plus is complimentary for up to three years of vehicle purchase and can be bought from the 4th to 8th year. Mobilo Lite is a complimentary service offered for 365 days from the last periodic service availed and is offered to customers who carry out periodic maintenance at least once a year. It has a year long validity date from date of servicing.

Mercedes Benz Mobilo Plus Service includes mechanical, electrical or accidental breakdown; battery problems: flat battery; fuel problems: out of fuel, contaminated fuel or incorrect fuel; key problems: locked keys, lost keys or broken keys; tyre problems: puncture, bolts or valve-related issues, and road traffic incident for immobilized vehicles.
Mobilo Plus Service includes complimentary roadside repairs, towing (in case of mechanical, electrical or accidental breakdown), taxi service up to 50 km from breakdown location, replacement vehicle (mechanical or electrical breakdown), onward/return travel, hotel accommodation (maximum 3 nights), and legal advice and medical advice as required.
