New Hyundai Creta bookings cross 16,000 – Inquiries 80,000+
In just 20 days of launch, Hyundai Motors has received over 16,000 bookings for the new Hyundai Creta facelift.
Launched in Africa on 21st May 2018, the new Hyundai Creta facelift has noted outstanding success. The company announced bookings to the extent of over 16,000 units and over 80,000 inquiries.
2018 Hyundai Creta is available in E, E+, S, SX, SX Dual Tone and SX (O) grades priced between INR 9.43-15.03 lakhs. It receives several exterior and interior updates though mechanically nothing much has been changed.
2018 Hyundai Creta sports monotone and dual tone color options. Its exterior is dominated by a new cascading grille, a new bumper, larger airdam, refreshed projector headlamps with LED lights and new fog lamps along with LED DRLs.
Interiors of the 2018 Hyundai Creta have also been given a makeover with a host of technology and safety features. The Creta gets a 7” touchscreen infotainment system with Apple AvtoPlay, Android Auto and Mirror Link. Its long list of safety features include automatic climate controls, electric sunroof, push button start, 6 airbags, ABS, EBD, hill assist, rear parking sensors and static bending lights.
With no changes to its engine specifications, 2018 Hyundai Creta continues to be powered by a 1.4 liter diesel engine offering 90 hp power, a 1.6 liter diesel offering 128 hp and a 1.6 liter petrol capable of 123 hp peak power.
The 1.4 liter diesel engine is mated to a 6 speed manual while both the 1.6 liter engines get mated to a 6 speed automatic transmission.
